Design Development

Complete design documentation. Everything a contractor needs to build and a permit office needs to approve.

Franchise Prototype

Brief & Site Visit

We come to your space and learn the operation — staff flow, service model, inventory, occupancy — before we touch a drawing.

Fixed Proposal

You receive a fixed-fee proposal within 48 hours. The cost is set before you sign. No open-ended billing.

Design Phases

We work in milestones. You review and approve at each phase. No redesigns at the end of the project.

Drawing Delivery

PDF and AutoCAD format. Specifications in Excel. Everything formatted so a contractor can price and build from it.

05
Handoff

A complete project folder — organized, labeled, ready for your contractor, PM, or permit office.

Fee Structure

Transparent.
Fixed.
No surprises.

  • All fees are fixed per scope — not open-ended hourly billing
  • Fees quoted in CAD + HST (13%)
  • 50% deposit required to begin; balance due at drawing issue
  • Revisions beyond package scope billed at $180/hr
  • Expenses (printing, physical samples, travel outside GTA) billed at cost
  • Package fees provided after receiving the project brief — scope affects pricing
